Stop Labeling Discomfort as Anxiety

I’ve noticed a big misconception floating around in my mind recently. It’s one that I’m not proud of, but one I know I’m not alone in dealing with.

In high-pressure situations, I’ve been throwing around the word ‘anxious’ far too much —in simpler terms, I’ve been mislabeling my discomfort as “anxiety.”
